This post will be short and sweet as it is really up to you what colours you wish to paint this casting. The sculpture is an artistic interpretation taken from a number of period photographs, so I cannot tell you in all honesty what the colours looked like, all I can do is share a few images found on the old Interweb that will serve to wet your appetite
